    PIM1激酶在肾脏疾病中的研究进展

    Research advances of provinal integration site 1 of murine leukemia virus kinase in kidney diseases

    • 摘要: 肾脏疾病是临床上最常见的疾病之一,其进展至终末期肾衰竭将严重危害人类健康,因此对其发病机制的探讨研究以及寻求有效延缓疾病进展的治疗手段意义重大。莫洛尼小鼠白血病病毒前病毒插入位点1(provinal integration site 1 of murine leukemia virus,PIM1)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶,具有调控细胞周期、凋亡、免疫、炎症和线粒体完整性等生物学功能。最近研究发现PIM1在肾脏疾病中也具有重要作用,本文围绕PIM1及其在肾脏疾病的发生发展中的作用机制做一综述,为临床肾脏疾病防治提供新的方向。

       

      Abstract: Kidney disease is one of the most common diseases and end-stage renal failure has seriously endangered human health. Therefore it is quite imperative to explore its pathogenesis and devise effective measures to delay the progress of kidney diseases. Proviral integration site 1 of murine leukemia virus (PIM1) is a serine/threonine kinase with diverse biological functions of regulating cell cycle, apoptosis, immune responses, inflammation and mitochondrial integrity. This review focused upon PIM1 and its mechanistic role in the development of kidney disease, providing rationales for a proper management of kidney diseases in clinical practices.
